Dr. Harish is presently holding the position of Head, Product & Strategy Development- Power & Carbon Markets Department. Prior to joining NSE, Dr. Harish was heading Strategy, Policy and Corporate Affairs at Waree Energies. His previous stints have been with LFW Global Consulting, Hindustan Power Projects Pvt Ltd, Moser Baer Projects Ltd, Ministry of Power, Govt of NCT of Delhi, Indraprashta Power Generation Ltd, Delhi Jal Board and District administration of A & N Islands & Govt of India.

Dr Harish comes with more than 22 years of industry experience in Power Exchange, Energy & Renewable sector and at senior levels in Govt. of India, State Govt Regulatory Commission, Corporate Sector and startups Dr Harish holds Master degree in Technology from IIT Delhi and has been awarded a Phd in Multi Criteria Evaluation of Power Market Reforms from lIT Delhi. He has also completed his dual MBA Degree in Energy Management from NITU Singapore & Norweign Business School, Oslo.
